Tom Harrington is Director of Marketing at Applied Geographics (AppGeo) where he has worked for the last 12 years and where he is involved mainly in deciphering RFPs and preparing proposal responses to them. He also enjoys strategic business planning and the challenge of keeping up with developments in the GIS industry. He holds a PhD in Geography from Boston University.
