Dawn Mulholland has been in the GIS industry for 13 years. She is currently the GIS Analyst in the Town of South Windsor, CT. As the towns lead GIS person, she provides support services to GIS users in the town, and works with vendors to manage the towns GIS website and ArcGIS Server databases. She served is a co-chair and key member of several Connecticut GIS Council subcommittees and is the President of the CT User to User Network.
