Dr. Raj Singh manages multi-vendor spatial data sharing projects for OGC. He has led efforts to improve information exchange in the building industry at early design stage, and shepherds OGC's efforts to align geospatial standards with the general IT industry. Raj has a PhD in Planning Information Systems from MIT.
