Franklin Peirce Eichelberger has had a unique opportunity to lead two, large significant enterprise GIS programs, Orlando/Orange County, FL and Chester County, PA.  In addition, he has consulted with numerous other clients in CA, VA, PA, TX and FL along with many other corporate clients including ORACLE, UNISYS, EMA, HDR, ILS and AMCAD.   The Orlando/Orange County program was a milestone with many firsts and salient points. 
The enterprise Chester County program also led to some significant advancements in GIS technology and thinking. 
Mr. Eichelberger is a long-term URISA member, Past President and has served on the Board of Directors twice.   He was honored with the prestigious Horwood award in 2008.  He has prepared and delivered many URISA workshops and has delivered many presentations at local, state, national and international venues.
